Hazelwood Station

We have been living in this house with our family for 6 years, but it has never been this terrible and difficult to live here. The problem is with parking — each family was given only one parking space. As a result, in the evenings half of the parking spaces are empty, yet we are not allowed to park our car there or it will be towed. You don’t seem to understand that some people work during the day and others work at night, which is why there used to be enough parking for all residents, but now there isn’t. I parked by the road as I was instructed, but my car was still towed. There are two people in our family, and only my wife is allowed to park in the lot. I have to park my car 2 miles away from home near WinCo. This very unreasonable rule was introduced just a week ago, and in the las

Hazelwood station has never been a great place to live since I've been a resident for 20 years. And over the past 3 years I've seen horrible manager's and landlords not caring about keeping the place clean or dealing with the vested roaches, mice and trash. Now Hazelwood station is a place for homeless and people on drugs to hang out daily. Walking by the place everyday this is what you will see with your own eyes. If you have kids or elderly to not live here. This is what happens when you don't pay for trash pickup.

I think that under the new manager Raisa the building has become better because there is now security who monitors the parking lots and maintains order in the yard.

There's literally nowhere to park a car here. They didn't give us a parking spot for our apartment at all and just put us on a waiting list. This is total crap—half the residents here have no place to park their cars
