Leasing agent Kelly was so very nice with helping me with the move in process which I am grateful for.

If I Could give this place zero stars I most certainly wood. When I first moved in this complex back in 2018 it was quiet, nice, clean and peaceful. Now it’s a whole mess. First off the MICE and ROACHES. Infestation!!!! When I first moved here I didn’t have roaches nor mice! The hallways are nasty and dirty! Ever since this new management took over it has gone down. People literally throw bags of trash down the walk way. People cars are being stolen and vandalized. I know of two people cars that has been damaged multiple times. The complex has done absolutely nothing. Please don’t move here. Keep your money and go somewhere else . The pool has not been up in two summers but yet we are still paying!

I am approaching my 2 full month of being a resident. It's a pretty nice place. They sponsored several free summer activities for the residents, which I thought was great. The staff is pretty friendly and maintenance's presence is visible. They respond fairly quickly to maintenance requests. Plenty of parking and landscape to allow children and pets to run around. Patios are a good size, too. Interior is decently spacious (2 bedroom) and hallways are kept up also. The property looks like the photos posted online. Key-entry (you have to get buzzed in if you're not a tenant) is a plus for me. Most anyone would enjoy being a resident in this community.

Man, think twice before moving here. Was decent at 1st when moved in(2019). Since the complex was sold, all went south. Maintenence ain't ish. Submitted a work order to change my filter & it going on for almost 3 weeks, yet they have the nerve to tell me it's completed knowing that's a lie.. The so-called manager is never yet in office when you call wanting to voice your concerns
