Kala is amazing. She was able to answer all of my questions as well as ones I didn't ask. Such as which apartment allows me to see the sunrise or set. She suggested an apartment better suited for my needs that I didn't even think to tour. She's professional, fun and is extremely knowledgeable with the complex and all it has to offer.

I’ve been living at this apartment community for close to a year and I absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to make me and my partner feel welcomed. They frequently organize great events that really bring the community together, and the open bar happy hour is definitely a highlight. It’s such a nice touch that creates a fun atmosphere and encourages folks to mingle. The attention from the staff is top-notch, making it a fantastic place to call home. Highly recommend touring with Kala or Margo! They go out of their way for everything.

Matthew Crane in the leasing office is the top notch Human? He went out of his way regarding Customer Service with me. My experience with him could’ve resulted in a simple, ignoring me as a customer, and moving on with his day, and no one would’ve been the wiser However, he went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. I am truly grateful for his acts of kindness

I absolutely love my new apartment! From the initial tour to move-in day, everything was incredibly easy and smooth. The building décor is gorgeous and really makes the place feel special. I’m so happy I chose to move into this community!

The apartment complex is beautiful, I visited a friend however it’s BEYOND GHETTO WITH THE FRONT DESK STAFF! When you enter the young lady (young in age) firstly didn’t greet me, secondly I witnessed and watched her hand DoorDash the key fob to get on the elevator and go up to deliver someone’s food (BIG SAFETY HAZARD) & I watched her do it multiple times throughout my time chatting with my friend. I told my friend to be mindful of that as it’s NOT SAFE! She was then on her phone loud talking about getting intoxicated with her peers! Overall regardless of the building + apartments being nice concierge sets the tone first when you walk in the building and I would be pissed paying the money that residents pay to experience a low budget experience in a luxury building!
