Mold issues, bathroom vents don’t suck out the moisture and cause the bathrooms to constantly create new mold issues. Was given a letter saying it’s on us the tenants to deal with the mold. Would not recommend living in this apartment complex, saving grace is the manager there and other tenants other than that owner could care less if the place is falling apart and unsafe.

The super small one-bedroom apartments are something else the neighbors are super nosy some of them but some of them are really great Gucci management like crazy

Unless you are on a super duper budget DO NOT rent an apartment here. They are old and dirty. Residents smoke cigarettes right outside their doors. You can hear every single footsteps your upstair neighbor takes. And the appliances are ancient. They skimp you on your deposit when you move out as well, I cleaned it better than I found it. I ended up breaking my lease it was that terrible.

If I could sum up all my thoughts of Hazel Dell Ridge Apartments in one word, I would have to say it is absolutely repugnant in all respects. When it comes to maintenance, one shouldn't expect more than a halfhearted attempt to brush things up--and that is stating it nicely. A resident who requires their sliding screen door to be fixed shouldn't have to wait over a week for such a minuscule issue to be fixed by the sluggish repair person/people. Even worse, having a leak occur in your bathroom that leaks through to the floor below yours and having management holler accusingly at you in their foolish misunderstanding. Terrible! Everything is cramped, small, and disgusting. The manager is a nice old lady, but she takes years to get anything done without constant pressure. The appliances are ancient, and don't work very well. The windows leak, and everything grows mold like you wouldn't believe. Management made us sign a waiver saying that we couldn't hold them responsible for the mold, only because she was tired of getting "complaints" from her tenants about the rampant mold problem. Dirt cheap, but you get what you're paying for.
