This lady that supposed to be managing this building is never in the office she never answers the phone and about time you get in touch with her they adding late fees on your rent I’m being charge a late fee and the first haven’t even come at the time she trying to put ppl out of the building because of her professional behavior It’s sad how ppl take advantage of ppl in need and you CANNOT! I repeat CANNOT !!!!! Get in touch with corporate what kind of business is this just collects rent you don’t pay $50.00 late fee You have problems with the app who do you call when no one is in the office you may catch someone every blue moon phone every blue moon very unprofessional business only one maintenance guy for the whole building all the money they getting for the lofts incredible performance

My family moved in a year ago. We haven’t been able to use the gym, family room or rooftop deck since being here. Building has had no less than five managers since I moved in last August. I have had to do my recertification paperwork 4 times, because apparently no one is keeping records and with every new manager I am filling them out all over again. Tenants leave trash EVERYWHERE!!! I love Anthony though (the only maintenance guy). He’s ALWAYS been pleasant and I think overworked. New manager gave me 24 hours to do my recertification(the one I’ve handed in 3 times already) or my lease will be terminated!!! It appears that no one cares about these complaints/concerns. They have no problem keeping track of what you owe them but don’t have a clue of how to keep records of paperwork you

After 3 years my husband and I are moving. It's sad to see what this property has become. It has seriously gone downhill. Property managers are switched out like socks, they have one person whom they expect to do everything, packages are opened or stolen, the building is absolutely filthy, the rooftop and other common areas are never open and the list goes on. Don't let the online pictures fool you, they are from 3 years ago when this place first opened. It looks NOTHING like that now. They ought to be ashamed if they are conducting tours. If this is how Herman & Kittle Property Group treat their income restriction properties it speaks a lot towards their over all character. I wish I can give it no stars. This place has gone down. The Manager office is never open. The grass hasn't been cut. Inside and out is nasty. It's the dirtiest apartment downtown to be near the deer district. IM GOING TO TALK WITH CITY leaders to see what we can do about this apartment and its owners. This is unacceptable. No one don't want to take responsibility for it. Things needs to be fixed, the owners need to be fined or sell their property to someone that's going to take care of it. Right now I'm in the process of getting our local news here to see what they can find out about the owners and why they are not taking care of their property since it's a tax credit housing.

I've lived in section 8 housing that is taken better care of than this place. It's nasty and dirty. None of the amenities they advertise are accessible. They have everything locked up. The windows don't open so there is no ventilation in the apartments. We haven't had access to the rooftop for over a year now. They claim they are trying to fix stuff but it never gets done. When we have a snow storm they don't plow the lots. We have handicap people that have be stuck in their house for 2 days because no one has had the lot and sidewalk fixed. I watched at least 20 late to work because of having to spend 3 hours digging out a parking lot. There was a rain storm which begin fighting people's homes up with water. The staff sent a letter saying stay at your own risk. They don't return your cal
