Hayden Homes (Washington Office)

Hard to work with. We built with Hayden about 4 years ago. In the final walk through they almost wouldn't fix the messed up concrete on the front porch. They wouldn't fix the pad underneath the ac unit outside on the final walk through also. On the year checkup it was hard to get ahold of them to get anything scheduled. When I did, they came out and I told them about a hole above the garage light where someone miss drilled for the light and they said they'd be out within that week and they never did!

This builder has standard features that others call upgrades and allows for some changes (based on law) to the floor plan. Is normally very quick to respond to issues that could arise with new homes. The state super, the site super & the sales agent are good people to deal with (believe they truely want you happy.)
