Garrett was fantastic! He was always there to answer any questions I had. I was having some trouble with my garage door, and he got it fixed super fast. He even checked in to make sure everything was working right. He explained the house overview, the warranty, and how to use all the different features in a way that made sense to me. He answered all my questions and gave me even more info. He was easy to reach and always quick to respond. He was so polite. His customer service throughout the whole process was amazing. I’d buy any home that Garrett is building. He really cares about his products and the homeowners. Thanks for making this home purchase such a smooth process!

Hawthorne Ridge is a great community. The quality of the homes are exceptional and the location is very close to all the stores and amenities that you would need. Shout out to our construction manager Garrett who made this process very smooth!

This is our 2nd new build process and I cannot say enough great things about Pulte and their onsite team. The Construction Manager, Sam, has been the most attentive and helpful CM anyone could wish for. He’s been extremely thorough from beginning to end and always goes the extra mile to make sure the homeowners are beyond satisfied. He’s very communicative, knowledgeable and super responsive.
