Hawthorne Gardens Apartments

I have lived here for 4 years and it’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived. The complex is well maintained. Lori in the office is so friendly and always willing to help. I cant say enough about the Maintenance crew. Any maintenance request that I have sent in is taken care of within the day. The apartment itself is spacious with plenty of storage.

I have lived at this apartment complex going on four years. I love my apartment. It is spacious clean well-maintained. The master bedroom is an actual suite. Most importantly, I feel very safe. I come and go to work in the dark and never once have I felt insecure entering my apartment, Lori in the office is the best she’s like family to all any maintenance concerns I have ever had were answered and taken care of within 24 hours or sooner.

Best apartment complex I've lived in by far! The leasing manager is so sweet and so on top of everything. Maintenance is great and if you ever need anything done they pretty much come right away. My neighbors are so sweet and I love how big the rooms and closets are in the apartment. This is literally the first apartment that I will be happily renewing my lease and I'm so relieved.

Such a great place to live. I’ve lived here for years, it’s actually the longest place I’ve ever lived. It’s right on western Ave but you’d never know with all the trees and quiet. The management is wonderful. Maintenance responses swiftly to all issues. It’s a beautiful apartment! Washer/dryers in unit. Easy parking. Great neighbors 🤗

I’ve lived at this complex for 16 months and I’ve enjoyed it so far. Spacious rooms, great maintenance during the winter for snow removal, quiet and safe complex. I haven’t experienced any of the issues referred to in other posts other than the pool and gym being closed for maintenance and when I‘m walking in the complex I normally see a variety of age groups. I will say the main maintenance guy, Jag, is probably the best maintenance guy you could have at an apt complex. Very thorough work and super courteous. Overall, I have no plans to move and would definitely recommend this complex to any age group looking for a quiet, safe complex to reside.
