Hawthorn Club Apartments

This is by far the best Apartment & Neighborhood I’ve lived in to-date. Such a pleasant community, and the ideal living space for anyone who appreciates reliable housing. The property of Hawthorn is always kept-up to look nice, regular landscaping, and the nicest staff you’ll ever meet. It truly is one big family here. Everyone waves at each other, especially at holiday parties or while walking the beautiful area. So much offered here, you may never want to move!

I can't say enough good things about living at Hawthorn. My apartment is spacious and my neighbors are very friendly. The staff is the best! We just got 15" of snow and the entire staff was outside working to clear parking lots, parking spaces, sidewalks and I even saw them helping to get peoples cars out so they could leave. I have only needed two things fixed, but maintenance was at my apt the same day I emailed the office. It is always easy to reach Laura. I love the new fitness center and package room. I think it is nice that Laura will email me to let me know if I have a package. I don't always get a notification from the company. There was one time that she even delivered one of my packages to my door because I had surgery and could not get out. There is definitely a reason this plac

I have lived here for one and a half years. Hawthorn Apartments is the best location to live in Aurora. Both the gym and pool are updated and beautiful, and the party room is ideal for any occasion. Not only is it affordable, but the staff is incredible. In my personal experience, whenever I have had an issue the maintenance team, Fred and Rich have shown up the same day to fix the problem. The community manager Laura, cares about all of the tenants and it truly shows. The staff overall is absolutely amazing. I have loved my time here and will be sure to recommend it to others!

I have been living at Hawthorn Club Apartments for around 2.5 years now, and it has been a wonderful experience. Any of the minimal issues I have had were fixed quickly and without issue with the office and maintenance staff being very helpful and understanding. The grounds are kept clean and mowed, and in the winter the snow is removed at very reasonable intervals and I have never had an issue. Noise levels are minimal, and neighbors are friendly. All in all it has been a great experience so far, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have lived at Hawthorn Club for nearly 3 years and it has been an absolute pleasure. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful, and they do a great job to ensure the property is clean and well kept throughout the year. I live on the first floor and periodically hear the neighbor above me, but I would not call it any inconvenience. My biggest knock is the proximity to highways, but that is far from a fault of Hawthorn Club or their terrific staff. Rent is extremely reasonable and neighbors are polite and friendly. Great place for anybody looking for a nice, quiet apartment community
