They are the WORST. In our community we call them Suck Lots Homes. AVOID SUCK LOTS (STARLITE)!!!! We've lived in a Suck Lots home 4 years. In that time the number of things they did poorly are insane!!! Today, I have to pay $1500 to fix a leak in my AC refrigerant line because it was poorly installed. Flooring was slapped down and is pulling up now. Carpets were not stretched so they are pulling up and bunching. PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!!

Today, I visited your Kissimmee office to view the model homes as I’m currently exploring the possibility of purchasing a home in the area. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. The representative who conducted the orientation came across as very pushy and rushed through the information. This approach made me feel unwelcome and more like a number than a potential homeowner. Additionally, she stated very firmly that the only model homes available were in the office location where the orientation took place, which seemed limiting and dismissive of further interest or exploration.
