It’s a rental community currently owned by Progress Residential. Previously owned by Resihome. The community was built by Lennar, and it shows. The gates were not operational at this community for the 18 months. The company wants you to put in a gate code that they say will change every quarter but you can expect them to use the same one for 6 months. The current management company uses their own contractors to come check out your house to fix issues but ultimately wastes weeks by scheduling a third party to come fix the issue. They say they “walk” the property but you will most likely never see an account manager or any manager in the area. As for the “enforcement” of “HOA” rules, you can expect them to seldom do that. One example was a Shooting in the community where members of one house
