Hawk Plaza Apartment Complex

This is an OK place to live. They have nice rooms with easy to clean tile floors everywhere (which can by kind of annoying when it's cold). The washer and dryer are really nice and super convenient. There is a dishwasher too! There is a microwave built in above the stove, so that's nice. It's very close to campus. But there are plenty of things wrong... -There is something wrong with the water here. It is yellow when it comes out of the faucet. --the staff doesn't seem concerned and they won't do anything about it. From what I've heard, other residents that have complained about it but nothing has been done. -There is a community lounge that is supposed to be available to residents, meanwhile they changed the code and you can't get in without a reservation. It's not dirty. They have a gym... try to live on the top floor, so you don't have to be distributed by your neighbors.
