Havn at Monaco

Stayed here while completing a 3-month work contract and so glad I did! The buildings (which used to be part of a hotel) have recently been converted into an apartment complex and I believe I was one of the first tenants to move in. Jenny and the entire staff were amazing the entire time, communicated respectfully and promptly, and were very accommodating. The complex is right next to I-25, public transportation, King Sooper's, and many other establishments. Though the building and hallways remind you of a hotel, my furnished apartment was modern and clean. I only had one maintenance request throughout my stay and it was completed within the day. Affordable and convenient, it is a great place to choose for your next apartment! Thanks Jenny and team :)

They are definitely still working out some things but so far this place has been great.
