Haverford Lofts

Terrible management company and cheap building. The OG management company was great but greenzhang doesn't respond to tenants. Even when there's security or health issues. Greenzhang put my personal cell phone number on their electrical business account so I'm constantly harassed by PECO because their electric bill is in collections. I've asked so many times for my personal info to not be associated with their business accounts but they keep ignoring me. It feels like they're doing something criminal. Very shortly after greenzhang took over, the building got a bug problem because they're never at the building and let garbage build up. The building is poorly insulated so it's cold, electric bills are high, and you can hear a lot. Packages are constantly stolen. The neighbourhood isn't safe.

I moved into Haverford Lofts in August and my experience has been great overall! The building has electronic locks with passcodes that make me feel safe living here. I’ve never had an issue with deliveries or packages getting stolen. My apartment is very spacious for the price I pay! I love how the kitchen and living area are open to make everything feel bigger. I am very happy and comfortable living here! The few times I’ve had a maintenance issue, it has gotten fixed the next business day! They have been very helpful each time!

Affordable and spacious apartments. In unit washer and dryer is a big plus. Management responds quickly and helps with any problems. (Edit: It should be noted that management has changed and is significantly worse than when I originally posted this review)

After moving into Haverford Lofts, I continue to be amazed by the management and rapid service I receive. Jamie is beyond incredible he has attended to each of my concerns, no matter how small with kindness, respect, and efficiency. The building has exceeded my expectations in cleanliness, safety, and management. Greatly recomend Haverford Lofs.

Hi everyone I stayed here for the past 7 months it's an excellent place to live and close to most of the universities. Nice place to hang out with gym and bike parking too. Highly suggested to the students.
