Havenwood. Is one of the best apartment places I live in Cartersville.. Patricia. The leasing manager is awesome 👍 She treats everyone with respect and is always so nice to me. I give Havenwood and A+. Anytime I call to get something fixed she gets right to it. She also listens to her residents good or bad she never judge us. Even when hard times come she works with her residence. Knowing how bad this economy is I really appreciate her.
Terrible egg smell in their apartments . They never fix it even tho my mom has complained for almost a year. Can’t be healthy, all they do is send the maintenance guy over to pour bleach in the wash room and nothing he does ever helps the problem
Inside of all the Apartments smell like rotten eggs Im sure it’s a water heater issue , they never fix it the maintenance guy and the lady in leasing office are lazy they just brush it off every time my aunt complains
Better than most Apts in Cartersville. Limited on site management. Nina was a wonderful manager.
They won't 3 times the money you make
