Haven on State

I’ve been living at Haven on State since September, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The experience has been fantastic from the start, thanks to Shaw and Chloe, both have been very helpful and proactive in their communication. Any questions or issues I’ve had have been addressed promptly, and it’s clear that the team here truly cares about making this community a great place to live. The property is well-maintained, and the staff go above and beyond to create a welcoming and stress-free environment. If you’re looking for a place with great amenities, and a responsive team, Haven on State is the place to be!

This place is a rare find and a gem all thanks to the amazing leasing agent, Chloe. Great move in deal and fairly quiet neighbors. Edit: originally I posted a 5 star review but I have not been able to sleep in my apartment due to constant barking. Two XL dogs live on the left side of the building and they bark at any and everything at all hours of the night and day. Don’t move here if you like sleep

Hello, I toured this location and as well as an other property they managed and I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful Shaw, one of the managers was. It was definitely the kinds of warm, personalable management I look for in any place I live.

This Property management here is always prompt and takes care of requests it a timely manner. As a renter we all know the struggle it can be getting things done. This management team fires on all cylinders. 10 ot of 10 i recommend renting from Haven on State St. My issue was resolved with in 2 hours. Thank you Haven on State Street management team.

I can’t say enough good things about the manager Chloe! She is very competent and was able to explain the whole process to me! I was interested in the complex for the convenient location, but will rent because of her! Highly recommend Haven on State!
