before i say anything - the only redeeming quality about this place is the maintenance guy, Ed! he was so awesome and responsive. i had bed bugs the entire year i lived there. while front office addressed it, the way they just treated my apt, instead of the entire building made it more susceptible for bed bugs to keep coming back. i can’t tell you how many treatments we had. even the pest control guys were fed up with the front office because they were not wise in planning treatments. mind you - i keep my apartment tidy and clean. other neighbors were the reason why i kept getting pest issues. i also had a bad roach issue too. stay away. i wouldn’t wish the year that i had upon anyone..

I like the apartment and I am so agree from our community. And I want to thanks so much from our property manager Ms Keny, she help us every time and is a very kind woman. I appreciate too much.

I have lived in several apartments and never have I encountered such excellent service and support from management. Over the course of my lease, I sent several emails to the front office significantly later than operating hours for the office and I consistently received timely responses from the manager, Mauricio, despite the time or level of urgency. Over the 18 months I lived here, every encounter with Mauricio was quick, efficient and effortless, I’ve had zero complaints throughout my time here. This individual is an incredible asset to these apartments, I would recommend these apartments to anybody as long as he is here. The apartments are now under a new management since several months ago so I'm not sure where the other reviews are coming from. But Kelly, the manager is very helpful and understanding. The community is clean. The apartments get frequent pest control treatments as well so the reviews under may be an exaggeration for the current state of the community. The only thing is different families with different aged kids reside there so you do hear kids playing outside but it's only after school. But it doesn't bother me. Parking is good too depending on what time you get home just like any other community but there are additional parking. Must keep ur kitchen clean and treat or follow on what the community advices as far as pest control or you will have roaches just like any other place. Also inv

I've lived in the area for over 8 years, and this is one of the most responsive leasing offices I've encountered. Maintenance requests are usually responded to promptly and it's clear that if they are not it is considered a serious misstep by management. Facilities are regularly maintained and inspected. Complaints about other tenants receive immediate responses.
