Excellent service from Sara I would like to highlight the excellent work of Sara, the assistant manager at this apartment complex. She is a very kind, attentive, and helpful person, always willing to assist with a positive and professional attitude. It is clear that she truly cares about the residents and about providing great service. Sara responds quickly to any request or concern, explains everything clearly, and makes any process much easier and more pleasant. Her dedication and respectful treatment truly make a difference and contribute greatly to the positive atmosphere of the community. Without a doubt, Sara is a great professional and a very valuable asset to this apartment complex. I am very grateful for her support and excellent service

Living at Haven has been a great experience. The complex is well-maintained besides Valet trash being packed in one dumpster when they’re multiple on the property, in a convenient location near the highway, and parking is never a hassle. The neighborhood is nice and feels comfortable, and the pricing is definitely worth it for what you get. On top of that, the staff is amazing—friendly, helpful, and always professional. Highly recommend!

I adore the location!!!, the Rice park next to it, the walking trail next to a beautiful park, the comfortable facilities, our pool !!! It makes me feel at home. The business center is great even though I only used it rarely. But I do use the gym. when something breaks the personnels responds very quick compared to other places I have been. I’d recommend this apartments if you are looking for a short or long term stay.

Sara made sure that my admission process here was extremely simple, fast, and hassle-free. I needed her help multiple times, and she always provided it in the best possible way; even after I had already received the apartment, she was there checking that everything was good and I was feeling good with the apartment. She was the light and joy of my moving process. Gracias Saraaa!!!

The property is well maintained and quiet. The staff is excellent always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed. Management responds quickly and does a great job overall. I highly recommend it.
