Oh my God I cannot say enough good things about J’lyn and Calvin. They seriously saved us today. Our car would not start because the battery was dead while we were in the parking garage at Haven at the Gulch and we were about to leave for a big road trip. We were starting to panic because we had a really important deadline to make. We saw J’lyn and asked if there was any chance he could help us. He immediately came over and tried one way to get the car started. When that did not work he called Calvin to come help. Calvin came down to the garage and the two of them stayed with us for about 45 minutes trying different things until they were finally able to jump the car and get it started. They were both incredibly patient and kind the entire time and never once made us feel like we were b
Worst place I have ever lived. First, it’s loud, not only because of the train tracks and extremely busy highway bordering the building, but because of the multitude of Airbnb guests constantly cycling through. Every weekend, our neighboring apartments were partying, not caring that I work on weekends and need to be able to sleep. Multiple times I called the on call security system that management insisted I call for noise complaints and not once did they come out. When I moved in, there were 8 lockboxes in the main stairwell for Airbnbs. When I finally moved out, I counted 66 lockboxes!! These Airbnb guests also trashed the pool area every weekend and took all the lounging spots away from people who actually lived there. I've had an outstanding experience living at Haven at the Gulch, thanks to an exceptional team that truly cares about their residents. The maintenance team—Calvin, Jaelyn, and Ricky—deserves special recognition. They're incredibly responsive, professional, and always go above and beyond to address any issues quickly and efficiently. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about making sure residents are comfortable and happy in their homes. Dalton, our leasing agent, has been wonderful from day one. He made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, and continues to be helpful and kind whenever I need assistance. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor make all the difference. I lived at the Haven for 2.5 years and after they took on new management, namely Dalton, the place has been a dream! Dalton and the new team really turned the place around as far as resident satisfaction goes, and you can always count on them to be available, receptive, honest, and helpful. This apartment complex has amazing amenities, especially the gym & the pool! It's in an ideal location on the edge of the Gulch and everything is very walkable. The apartment layouts are great & if there are ever issues with things the maintenance team is also great - especially Calvin! Overall the team here is wonderful and it's a great place to live. I'm super grateful for my last few years here.
I currently live here (1 year in) & to clear up any confusion I was not asked to post a review, here’s my honest review. I love living here and really like the office (leasing & maintenance). As a current resident, I can tell you they’re responsive to any questions I have & don’t treat us like another number once we move in. They also host quality events once (sometimes twice) a month & are up to code on smoke detectors - I literally had maintenance ask when I’d be free for them to change the ones in my apartment (without me needing to ask). There are lots of parking spaces. You’ll see reviews about parking not being available, it’s not often but some people invite their friends who take unreserved parking spots but they leave at the end of their visit.
