I stopped by Haven at Lake Deer by chance after visiting several other properties, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the experience was amazing. The ladies in the management office were professional, friendly, and welcoming—you can truly tell they work as a team and prioritize customer satisfaction. The tour was great, all of my questions were answered, and they made the entire application process very smooth. They are extremely attentive and made me feel right at home every step of the way. Several neighbors have moved out recently, which highlights some ongoing concerns that need attention. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt a sense of peace, comfort, and safety that I deeply appreciate. My husband and I regret signing such a long lease here. We just moved here from up north 4 months ago and after 2 months of living here we have had such a terrible experience with our new apartment. We are still not fully unpacked, and we are still adjusting to the space. I hate that we have to bring our newborn baby home to this horrible situation. I thought winter haven would be a great place to start settling down and have our little one. I’ve soon learned that it’s the complete opposite.
