Haven Apartments

I recently visited Haven Apartments and had such a welcoming experience. From the moment I drove in, the property felt clean, peaceful, and inviting. The atmosphere alone made me feel comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind — they even offered me breakfast and shared their mini chicken biscuits from Chick-fil-A, which may sound small, but it truly made me feel welcome and valued as a visitor. I’m not looking to move until April, but I wanted to take the time to leave a review because the experience really stood out. You can tell this is a community that cares about people, not just leasing. I’m definitely keeping Haven at the top of my list.

Moved out in September and still have yet to recieve my deposit, I keep getting the runaround of, oh it's in the mail, I don't know why you have yet to recieve, we been having accounting problems. Like that is not my problem! I paid rent on time for 5 years, you had no accounting problems then, now all of a sudden you don't know what's going on?? Like be for real.

It's incredible how they can't repair anything. They're the worst apartments. People are drinking beer in the parking lot, garbage bags everywhere, the pool is closed every day and when it's open only until 7 p.m. Everything is dirty and horrible, and the people in the office just sit there doing nothing.

Haven is in an excellent location, close to everything! It’s nice to find a place to live in Nashville that’s actually affordable. Floorplans are huge and there are washer/dryer connections in every apartment. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is awesome!

I’m a new resident and they made everything so easy for my process and everyone in the office was amazing. Ms. Alivia was especially helpfully and prompt with any questions or concerns I may had, they’re suck a great team
