Haus of Realty

My boyfriend and I have lived at 525 Newbury St (a building owned by Haus of Realty) for 2 years. Dave (the owner) has been, by far, the best landlord I have had to date (I have lived in Boston for 10 years and have had 6 different landlords). Dave is considerate, professional, kind, and responsive. Whenever we had a concern, or something needed to be fixed, Dave had it handled within 24 hours. He is always quick to respond, and truly cares about the well-being of his tenants. We feel incredibly lucky to have had him as a landlord. We truly cannot recommend Haus of Realty, and Dave, enough. If you have the chance to live here - do it.
