It's beautiful. Extremely well maintained. If you have any issues it is fixed the following day. Things are happening on the forest floor which is exciting. The included gym is awesome! Overall, the place is quiet but the walls abutting the neighbors are thin which is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars.
Very confusing setup. You can't get from the East side of the second floor to the west side without going back to the first floor. Whose idea was that? What else did they design, I'll avoid it
Great spot with plenty of parking. Access to the kennebec river right off the parking lot. No spot inside to eat, but there are a couple gyms and brewery on the first floor. Handicap accessible, with plenty of space to lease.
Love the Antique shop, the woman that owns it is very polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again!
Hard to find the "WEST" entrance as there was a bit of landscaping being done and no readable sign (faded).
