$25 travel fee is ridiculous, when you job is to travel to the inspection, also no communication I just received an email for payment, this company was chosen on behalf of the real estate team , but I thought I would get a call from (has inspection , llc) but nope no communication , just an email with a bill

As a lender, there have been fairly recent updates to the guidelines which require "additions" to the manufactured home to be inspected to make sure they are sound.. anyway, HAS Inspections was super responsive. The agent called them yesterday (Thursday), they sent someone right over and we have the clear report today... and now we are closing the client's home loan today. Simply Amazing! If i could give more stars, I would!!!

Needed a last minute inspection for an insurance renewal and Jennifer was able to accommodate me and set me up with an appointment quickly. She answered all my questions. Wade, who was my inspector when I purchased the residence, was thorough in his report and provided it in timely fashion, which was accepted by the insurance company. Overall, a great family business I highly recommend.

The HAS inspection team has been wonderful. They are fast and reliable, I have not had to wait more than a couple of days for an inspection. The best part about this company is the communication, they pick up the phone, answer any questions and are very accommodating with special requests. I would never use anyone else.

We are getting ready to use HAS for our second home inspection! Wade is very thorough and makes the process so easy. Janda is always so friendly and works hard to get the inspection set up quickly and makes sure it work with your schedule! Definitely recommend this company if you are needing an inspection done.
