Had a great home buying experience with Montana. I’m not sure if it’s the landlord I have or the maintenance that Harvey Z. Raad Realtors use. HOWEVER! They’re one of the WORST people to rent from. My landlord pretty much doesn’t exist when calling or texting. If you leave a voicemail they never get back to you. If you call maintenance, you better pray that someone answers the phone. They let issues persist from the day you sign the initial lease. They let the issue get to the point there’s mold now, but they wanna complain about the water bill being too high. The time I decide to move out, I bet they will try to use those ongoing reported problems to try and deduct from the security deposit. I’m not letting that slide. And whoever watches over the social media and is supposed to respond to inquiries clearly doesn’t and they kept their
