My experience dealing with this apartment complex has been extremely disappointingat Maple Canyon. Communication from management is consistently poor — requests and concerns are often ignored or brushed aside. The management team comes across as unprofessional and disrespectful, and at times their behavior feels prejudiced and biased toward certain residents.

Do Not move to the North Ridge apartments unless it’s literally your last resort !!!!! The property manager Lori is unprofessional and has a nasty attitude when you go to them bout any issues you maybe having with your apartment ..Be prepared for MOLD growing on your things !!!! The apartments has no ventilation !!! The parking lot is full of RATS!!!!

I've been living at the EZ living suites for some time now and I haven't been pleased since day 1. The ladies in the office are incredibly rude and inconsiderate. When I asked to view the apartment, and I quote 'why it's the same four walls' was the response I had received. The maintenance staff is undeniably questionable, with one even asking out tenants of the building. It takes a much longer time than necessary to have something fixed. On top of all of this, there became an issue with bed bugs. When I called the maintenance to have the issue taken care of, they waited 2 weeks to send out pest control! Then I decided to look into the issue and come to find out, the apartment across the hall had to have treatments done the week before I moved in. They did not do their due diligence of inf

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived in one of their properties for 2 years. They neglect to maintain them. They also accuse tenants of things that they have not done which is harassment. Kelly is beyond unprofessional and with the many complaints she has it goes to show how Harvest Properties does not care.. let's start off from when I moved in, I was told I would get a new refrigerator two years later that has yet to happen. The hatchway door has been broken since I've moved in. My front door does not properly close. My bathroom ceiling was rotted and leaking all they did was patched the ceiling. The ceiling is still not fixed leaving behind black mold.( I dont think that would pass inspection). I changed my locks on my door and have given SEVERAL of their staff copies of the k

3 washes for 30 units and 1 of them has been broken since I moved in over 2 years ago. Everyone one of my neighbors have a lot to complain about broken appliances, leaky apartments. It usually takes a call to housing dept to get anything done. Still they charge full market price and my rent has gone up 100$ consistently every year for seemingly no reason. Nothing gets upgraded nothing gets fixed.
