Harvest Park Apartments

We came from the Caprock apartments and had major major issues… and came to the Harvester apartments, hands down the best! The manager Misty is down to earth. Honest. Very helpful. I recommend this place 💯

The manger here Misty is a rock star she is amazing and gets things done she works super hard and every time I go in there she knows residents by name the maintenance there is amazing he gets things done when there is an issue I have told many people looking for a place to move to here definitely an amazing place

The property manager Mycaela took $1500 cash from my daughter, never processed her application and deleted all camera footage of the transaction. Then her boss Erin refused to do any true investigation based on the text messages between them. I wouldn’t trust ANYTHING these people say and don’t trust their thieving property manager Mycaela. Even her Facebook posts suggest she’d steal to improve her situation. Additionally they won’t answer the phone and actually discuss the matter.

Beware!! Absolutely terrible management. They will scam you out of your money. I was told they would hold my deposit and apartment for 90 days. Gave my deposit on 4/1/21. Received a phone call a few weeks later where the GM said they were going back on their word and I would need to move in sooner which was completely impossible. In order for me to have a place to live I had to agree to pay all of May and June rent since I am unable to move in until the end of June. Pretty messed up, right? So this got me to thinking that I haven't even moved in yet but and if this is a sign of how they do things then I'd rather find a different place to live. Found something else but now this place refuses to give me back my deposit even though they are the liars and are going back on what they told me. I

Application process is RIDICULOUS. They’ll deny your application over their own faults. They claim to have “specials” for example “move in before this date and get this and that” but fail to mention it takes weeks if not up to 2 months to move you in. Macy was AMAZING. It wasn’t her fault at all. It’s corporate. And whoever they have in the offices while Macy is out on maternity leave.
