The manager Karla is very sweet and straight forward. When she says she is going to do something, she does it. Her maintenance man Buddy is always in top of stuff and any issues I ever had, which was only one, (shower head) was taken care of within the hour I first brought it up. The community around me are good people quiet and respectful. I was looking for a place to raise my two children and I couldn't have found a better place for them.

I have lived here for 10 years I have raised 4 children and now 2 grandchildren. This is a great place for families to live. Everybody look out for each other. The management has always taken care for any issues and my maintenance is always done when they say it will be. I would recommend this complex to my friends. My children like living here so much 2 of the four currently rent here to raise there families.

I lived in theses townhouse for a long time as a first time renter(a little over year now) and as a child I grow up living In these same apartment(7 years) and both time it’s been a pretty great experiences no problems or complaints. For the most part things are very quiet and nice I’ve got some of the best neighbors anyone could ask for. Personally I feel like they have had a big turn around since they have gotten a new property manager they have really try to clean up the place and fix a lot of the apartment. So far there has only been two property managers and by far the best ones we have had here they always work hard trying to get things fix in a timely manner.I remember growing up here and it’s was honestly one of the worst place nothing would ever get done the landlord would never b

Please continue to look elsewhere if you are trying to find a new place to live. We have been here a year and a half, and have gone through 2 different managers, this newest one is an absolute slumlord, she is very rarely in her office from the 9-3 office hours, gets here whenever is convienent for her usually 20min to an hour late due to her needing to stop for coffee, she spend most of her time facetiming her boyfriend or gossiping with her friends on the phone. Meanwhile the property is an absolute mess and work orders go undone. We have gone almost a year with a toilet that does not work even though countless work orders were put in although her idea of a work order is writing it down on a sticky note, when you inquire about your work orders all you get are empty promises or excuses bl
