Harvard Apartments

I love living here, going on 3 years. The staff is amazing, they are so kind and super responsive. My biggest love of this place is that you don't share bedroom walls with neighbors, and the layout makes the apartment seem even bigger than it is. I have a 2 br and it comes with a really big storage closet right outside my front door. My neighbors are super friendly and more importantly, super quiet. In fact when we were moving in several of them came out to welcome us. The staff is so great, its not a revolving door. The office staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. Maintinence is responsive and doesnt take too long at all before they fix your stuff. The property is currently upgrading all the ac units (we got ours a few months ago). My grand daughter lives there and she has had maintenance issues since she moved in 3 months ago. It’s messed up that she pays rent and maintenance doesn’t fix anything. I also believe her apartment has mold! It has a very strong smell of mildew and her bathtub had a leak from the bottom. Her exhaustion fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. Her AC doesn’t work. This place is not a good place to live. I really want her to move but that is an affordable place. The management doesn’t care to fix your maintenance concerns. Maintenance is awful!!!

Maintenance is the main issue here! My granddaughter works 12 hours shifts for the Brevard Sheriffs office and should come home to a relaxing cool place to get some rest. Instead she comes home to a hot bedroom. No AC working in either of the 2 bedrooms, mildew/mold smells coming from the vents. Her washer doesn’t work properly. She always pays her rent on time and should have her maintenance concerns addressed and fixed in a timely manner. Residents should not go to sleep hot to wake up soaked in sweat because of how hot it is!! This is horrible! She transferred apartments and in her other apartment she had a big hole in her bathroom ceiling for MONTHS! Maintenance gets paid to do nothing because they fix absolutely NOTHING!! Don’t even bother applying to move her! You’ll regret it! Hopef

The office doesn’t care at all for your maintenance concerns! The property manager needs to do better about getting on their maintenance men. The manager should follow up on maintenance concerns and address issues in a timely manner. My sister has lived there for 2 years and maintenance has always been horrible! Now that she transferred to another unit, it’s worse! Management takes no accountability for the lack of work ethics the maintenance crew has. Fix people’s maintenance concerns!! Nobody should be paying rent for a crappy apartment!!!

Maintenance is HORRIBLE. They dont fix anything! AC doesn't work properly in the bedrooms, washer has no hot water, the apartment smells like mildew, the patio screens has small holes and so do the windows screens. The front office has been informed and the Maintenance issues are falling on deaf ears. AVOID THIS PLACE!
