Awesome place to live, pets are allowed, management is great! Shannon always responds back to emails or calls extremely fast and will do whatever he can to accommodate you! Maintenance is fantastic as well if you put in a work order their response time to have the issue resolved is very fast for a complex the size of Hartford Mills. It's in a very nice quiet neighborhood, and the outside as well as the buildings are extremely clean and well taken care of. Prices are also super reasonable! Short driving distances or even walking to different places, highly recommend

Awesome folks. Pets allowed, leashed dogs walked, must pick up after your dogs. Trash in rent, placed being renovated. Maintenance has a great response time. Small kids new playground, lots of grass and old tree covered areas.

I was very disappointed with the experience at this apartment complex. My family is relocating due to a job change, and we submitted everything that was requested for the application process. Initially, we were told everything looked fine, our income was confirmed, and that the contract would be sent over. After that, communication stopped. I didn’t hear anything for a week, and I had to reach out multiple times by phone and email just to get an update. Often, there was no response at all, and when I did receive one, the tone came across as condescending—almost like I was inconveniencing them by simply asking for information. I called to set up a tour for a 1 bedroom apartment and do to certain circumstances I didn’t make my appointment. I took the responsibility to call and reschedule a tour and was treated with respect and was also thanked for the courtesy call, freeing up that space for someone else the availability to tour an apartment. The young lady I spoke to was very efficient and professional. Thanks again Dominique. Can’t wait for my tour!

The work team was wonderful. Staff was able to answer all of my questions, kept appointments and were promptly able to show me all things I inquired about. Both staff and properties were very well presented and looking forward to a wonderful future with Hartford Mills Apartments!
