Very disappointed with the professionalism at Harrison reality. After approving them to show my home, Their associate broker Susan Carpenter showed up alone with her dog. Where she then brought her dog into my home and proceeded to falsely represent the condiction of my property over the phone on camera. As a homeowner, I expect a real estate professional to respect my property and follow proper protocols, especially concerning pets. This was a clear breach of professional conduct and a major lapse in judgment. If they are willing to disrespect me and my home like this I am probably not the only one.
