Harrison Grande

I lived here for 2 years and had a terrible experience with this apartment complex. After notifying maintenance multiple times about water leaks and unsealed doors, their attempts to resolve the issue of mold and moisture in the apartment was unsecured. Management was anything but helpful and when it came time to move out still charged the full security deposit and charged extra claiming they did not have maintenance records. Would highly recommend not choosing this apartment complex and instead living somewhere with a competent management team that is willing to help and resolve issues.

I’ve had a great experience living at Harrison Grande. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the common areas are always clean and taken care of. I especially want to recognize the office staff, particularly Fatinah, who has been incredibly helpful and professional. She’s always friendly, responsive, and goes out of her way to make sure residents’ concerns are addressed. Her customer service really makes a difference and makes living here a pleasant experience. Overall, I would highly recommend Harrison Grande to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.

Rachel is an amazing property manager who truly listens to her residents and sympathizes with their concerns. She does everything she can to help and make sure everyone feels heard and supported. Her shining smile and genuine kindness stand out, she even celebrated with us when we found out we were expecting our first baby. Celebrating residents’ wins like that truly shows her dedication to the community!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY! UPDATE 02/11/26: It has now been a month and 5 days since this post and my dishwasher still hasn’t been fixed. This place is ridiculous and they thought giving me a $50 visa giftcard would make things better. This is the worst place I have ever lived! - i’ve lived here for going on two years and it seems like as time goes on things become worse. there’s numerous things i could list but recently is what has pushed me to write this review. last friday morning i placed a work order on my kitchen sink since it was clogged. my dishwasher also wasn’t draining. once the office was open i decided to give them a call. they say someone won’t be able to come because they’re short staffed. they essentially told me that i was on my own until the following monday

My mom and I toured The Harrison Grande with Brittany and she was incredible. She was welcoming from the start, explained everything clearly, and took her time showing us the community and apartment options. She was patient with all of our questions and made sure we understood pricing, availability, and next steps without ever making us feel rushed. Brittany made the experience feel easy and stress-free! She’s exactly the kind of leasing consultant you hope to meet.
