Harrisburg Lofts Apartments

I absolutely love living at Harrisburg Lofts! The price is great, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—everything I need, from restaurants to shopping, is just a short drive away. It really feels like the perfect spot to call home. The leasing team and property management are amazing. They’re always friendly, approachable, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond and make things right. It really makes living here feel comfortable and stress-free. The community itself is wonderful. The apartments are very safe, and the neighborhood is quiet, which makes it easy to relax at home. First and foremost i’m truly disappointed in the new management team that replaced the original team a few months ago. A plethora of problems arrived with the new team such as, disorganization, billing problems and overall cleanliness of the building. A door to the apartment complex has been broken for an extended period of time, which causes safety issue with the homeless and strange characters walking around randomly pulling on doors. When the new manger came in we lost our late night garage security too and has yet to be replaced after months. Pet policy is a complete mess, there’s poop in the parking garage and dogs are allowed to pee on the walls and next to doors with zero consequences. I love it here, its a beautiful place to live and quiet. The commute is convenient to save on gas and parking fees when going out. Plus lots of walking distance spots to dine and vibe.

I’ve been living here since June of 2024, and I absolutely love my apartment community. It’s really peaceful and comfortable. They keep this place clean and well kept. The office staff is absolutely fantastic. Juan our office manager is top tier.He’s very accommodating to his residents while doing his job correctly. If you’re looking for a new complex in the heart of Eado Harrisburg lofts is the place to be. I’ll definitely be renewing my lease. ❤️

As a resident I feel the management company can do better the trash the hallway is nasty the roaches and rats. The elevators are always broken. If you see a good review it’s because the old property manager Juan would say he would take off late fee if you write a good review for him . This is a new property and it looks old. The front door to the office has had a board on the door for months now all the money this company make you can’t get it fix …But when you look up they always want to charge and go up on things.
