Harris Appraisals & Real Estate

This dude is the biggest scam in the appraisal industry. He “appraised” a house for us and missed an entire bedroom, resulting in pricing the house $15-20k less than what it’s really worth. I guess he was too incompetent to read that it’s a 4 bedroom house and check for the 4th bedroom. He’s now refusing to do anything to fix the value since he knows he screwed up. He also appraised it at $9 less per square foot than the contract was for. He’s extremely unprofessional and has no business appraising anything for anyone. Will be reporting to better business bureau as well. I feel bad for anyone who gets stuck using this joke of an appraiser in the random luck of the draw.
