My heater AND air conditioner have been broken since September. It is currently February 2nd... Harrington Realty's official policy is that they don't fix heaters or air-conditioners FULLY in the Winter. Idk if you remember but it was 74 degrees Fahrenheit this Christmas... It snowed 2 days ago (AS OF FEBRUARY 2nd) and it is 20 degrees warmer than 2 days ago... It is absurd that I can't get a functional heater OR a functional air conditioner. BOTH OF THEM ARE UNAVAILABLE (According the Harrington Realty Policy) This "Corporation" is EASILY the most corrupt organization between Wilmington & Laurel. DISGUSTING SLUMLORDS!
The agent Charles Martin was very nice and helpful he had all the information available on the property we are considering purchasing .I would recommend them as they are local and have knowledge of the area .
HORRIBLE customer service. This company does NOT respond to emails.
Staff are very helpful and friendly!
