Harpers Forest Apartments

The staff were amazing at helping answer our many questions as we were first time renters. They are very welcoming and will do anything to help. I had an issue with getting my power on with BGE and the manager, Rebecca, sat down with me as we called BGE to get it taken care of. They truly care about their tenants and I am would recommend getting an apartment here.

Harpers Forest is clean and quiet and they recently updated the outside of the buildings and it looks fantastic! The property manager Rebecca was an absolute dream and so helpful. I cannot recommend this location enough!

Harpers Forest Apartments was my home for 10 years. I was always pleased with the immediate response for maintenance and the thoroughness of completed work. The entire staff and associates have always been friendly and professional.

Great experience with the staff. The property Manager Rebecca was very helpful with the processes and such a very nice and professional person. Number 1 reason I chose this property. Very easy to talk to and very friendly. Neighborhood is very quiet and the people are friendly. No assigned parking however, plenty of parking spaces.

Nope…skip it. Rent is low for a reason. Seems like they’ve replaced the package thieves in the office with someone who thinks a mouse infestation is cute. Somehow living with mice for a year and a half is not all that funny. There are no amenities, very small units, thin walls, roaches and I was unable to regulate the temperature in the second room. The police were there constantly and my car was broken into several times. I could not wait to get out of there. The only good thing is that I had nice neighbors and 2 out of the 3 maintenance guys were nice and responsive. The 3rd one told me that I was removing the vent from my dryer on purpose which is just silly. Just say you don’t want to do your job. All in all you could literally pay another 200.00 and do much better. I did.
