Cost of living is exorbitantly high compared to the quality and maintenance provided. While the management does handle basic tasks like shoveling snow, they fall short by neglecting to use ice melt, which creates dangerously slippery conditions for residents. Moreover, the exterior of the buildings is seldom cleaned; they rarely take the time to pressure wash the units, resulting in a dirty and neglected appearance. You’ll also notice cobwebs in the corners and along walkways, which underscores the overall lack of attention to detail. Overall stay: 3 out of 5. The apartment itself is not bad — still relatively new and in decent condition. But there is almost no outdoor cleaning, pool maintenance, or upkeep of the common areas. I’m giving 1 star because I had a $1,610 deposit, and there were absolutely no issues at move-out. However, they claimed there were some debts from 6–9 months ago and withheld the entire deposit. The management, which is based in Utah, didn’t bother to explain where these “3-month” debts came from. I’ve been a resident for 2 years and just signed on for my 3rd. We’ve enjoyed living here but since Erica took over, there’s been a lot of positive changes and new amenities added. She’s been a great addition to the office. They also brought on Dawson in maintenance and he’s been so quick about responding to requests and is always friendly when we see him. We love living here and it’s truly a dog friendly community. Great location too. Super close to the highway but in a quiet area.

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience living here! Maintenance has always been quick to respond to any issues and the complex is well maintained. Plus, they just did a bunch of upgrades that have been so awesome! Totally updated the pool area with a grill, a fire pit, and all new furniture. They also added hammocks and little dog park. This has been by far my best experience with a property management company and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment!

Don’t move here if you don’t want move out costs to go straight to collections. We have lived here for almost 2 years. We never really had any issues residing at the property. We unfortunately had to move due to better opportunities. When we moved, we never got no follow up email, call or message about final move out costs. We were never told what our final balance was. They never contacted us for over a month and a half after we moved. A month and a half later, we got a call out of nowhere from a collection agency. They stated we owed over 3k to Harper ridge. We knew we would have a balance moving out but not over 3k. The condition we left the unit in did not correlate with owing 3k.
