Harper Place at Bees Ferry Apartments

The maintenance team is so kind and they work so hard, very nice guys both of the Chris's and went above and beyond. The apartments are beautiful and so comfortable, and the staff love their jobs and do the cutest events. Feels super safe and great community.

☆☆☆Please read and be aware if you rent here. It was one of my worst experience ever and from the get go. After I took posetion of the keys, I start moving in and the first time I opened the water, a nasty smell came out, like rotten eggs. I had to wait Monday to go talk to them because they don't work on Sundays. The manager then told me to run the water in the whole apartment for 40 minutes !!!! Can you imagine, and Am gonna pay for something they should've had take care before I moved in. Then my biggest problem was the noise. Neighbors upstairs stomping like crazy that I was never able to enjoy my apartment. I complained many time with no actions. This place was our escape from the West Coast, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was outstanding, the maintenance crew was always quick, and we loved our apartment. The walls can be a little thin, but that was the only minor issue. Fantastic place for a family!

We lived here for about a year and moved out in May 2025. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of frustrating. The property itself is poorly maintained — dog poop is constantly all over the grounds, and the trash compactor is almost always overflowing. These issues never seemed to be taken seriously. The worst part has been the move-out process. We barely got any of our deposit back because management uploaded photos of an apartment that wasn’t even ours and tried to claim it was. Even after pointing this out, we’re still going back and forth with them months later (it’s now September) trying to get the remainder of what we’re owed. It feels extremely dishonest and careless. Lovely apartments and professional staff. New management is wonderful. The maintenance staff are particularly helpful with a true customer service attitude at all times. Love where I live!
