Don’t Rent Here: Harper Landing is Dirty, Unsafe, and Mismanaged My daughter and her roommate had only a six-month lease at Harper Landing Apartments (formerly Oasis at Twinwood), but they avoided staying there whenever possible. The apartment complex was dirty, infested with bugs, and felt unsafe. They only stayed if they had nowhere else to crash. This property management company is terrible. They keep changing their name whenever their reviews get too bad, but the problems remain the same — no real concern for tenant safety or satisfaction. Maintenance requests go ignored, the environment is unhealthy, and crime or suspicious activity around the complex is common. Avoid renting here at all costs!

I've been a resident since 2023 & there have been ups & downs regarding management & maintenance. There have been changes for the better due to the management team of Charlie & Austin.
