Harper House at The Highlands

I've lived at Harper House going on 2 years now and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the amenities are always well maintained, and not to mention my pup loves it here! They always do nice events for the residents, today I woke up to a coffee truck outside for national coffee day! I would recommend living here, we're about to resign our lease to stay longer!

This is, without a doubt, the best apartment complex near Sawmill Road and Dublin! I’ve been living here for four months and have zero complaints. The staff is incredibly helpful, and maintenance requests are addressed promptly. The amenities are top-notch, and the common areas are impeccably maintained. From the large heated pool to the fantastic gym and the Starbucks coffee machine, everything adds to a great living experience. Before moving in, I toured nearly 10 other apartment complexes in the area, and I have no regrets about choosing this one. The community feels secure, and the residents are wonderful. Harper House is a truly wonderful place to live. Moving to Ohio was a big transition, but the staff at Harper House makes the adjustment so much easier. The resort-style amenities really set this community apart and make it feel like a vacation at home. The pool is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The apartment itself is modern and spacious. We highly recommend Harper House to anyone looking for an apartment!

I’ve been living at Harper House since August 15th, and I’m genuinely happy I chose this place. The amenities are a huge plus: free coffee whenever I want it, a great pool, and an awesome gym with proper locker rooms, a sauna, tanning, and even on-site massage. It feels more like a small resort than just an apartment complex. The location is really convenient, and the people who run the property make a big difference. Management is responsive and easy to work with, and the maintenance guy is not only friendly but also honest and quick to get things done. I really can’t say enough good things about living here—Harper House has been a great home for me.

Love living at Harper House. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts a lot of the time and love coming home and using the sauna. With my weird work schedule and working nights, I sleep during the day. The apartment is quiet and I feel safe which is important. The staff has always been super nice. Anyone looking for a quiet , updated and safe place to live- Harper House is great.
