Harney Place Apartments

I’ve lived at Harney Place in a studio since last November and it’s been great! The studios are so spacious, the finishes are modern, and the complex is very quiet. The complex is in a GREAT location, as well! It’s a 5 minute walk to Blackstone, 10 min drive to downtown, 10 min drive to UNO, etc. The units are very affordable, especially for their prime location. Each unit comes with a spot in the garage, which is amazing! Harney Place is a hidden gem, and I’m so glad I found it. The area is safe as well, and I love to go for walks in the evening after work. Definitely check this place out!

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and have had a great experience. It’s in a great area near UNMC and Blackstone and maintenance/management have always been responsive and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

I lived here for two years, and I think it's the best value in midtown Omaha if you're looking for a luxury apartment building. Management keeps the place looking spotless, and all of the tenants are respectful and quiet (especially during the work week).

I lived here for 3 years. Absolutely loved the place and the management. Great location. Spacious apartments with all amenities including a little gym and a heated garage! Highly recommend 👌

Best location and apartments in Omaha. Close to airport and midtown. Safe, secure, and clean. Highly recommended. Only moved b/c of company relocation.
