Harmony Woods Apartments

Would like to share my experience from last night. There is a “SINK HOLE” in the pitch dark…. Right by the sidewalk where you walk. I stepped a little bit off of the sidewalk and completely sunk down into it up to my chest in water/mud. There’s no sign, it is not taped off, and there is NO LIGHT. Luckily I am a taller woman. However, if a child, animal, or shorter girl were to fall in , there is a HIGH chance of a detrimental outcome. A small child would likely drowned . I had to crawl out of this hole, on top of it being 25 degrees outside last night. The only reason you can even see it in these photos is because of mine and another woman’s headlights. With them off you cannot see it at all. Just wanted to give a warning for potential residence/ other doordashers/ etc …. I called the non

I came in and applied to this apartment 6 months ago, spoke with a woman named Armani and paid my application fees and was approved and was given a move-in day but when i showed up no one was in the office and no one answers the phone. I called the Promise corp and they said the young lady no longer works their and they were hiring someone to replace her but its been 7 months and no one has reached out to me about my move-in. No one has reached out about a refund. Nothing! Its absolutely unprofessional and wrong.

The apartments are spacious and affordable. The only things I did not like about these apartments: Roaches are really bad no matter how much you clean. Walls really thin so you can hear everything. The entire complex is a dead zone (hard to get a signal). But besides that I really loved my apartment and Deetra will definitely make sure you’re comfortable by any means. She’s very helpful and cares about the tenants.

I wish we could go back to the way that we first moved over here at Harmony Woods Apartments and I wish I was 15. If I only have a time machine

Ms Harris was nice and dedicated to her job she is professional and do great business with her clients I love my new apartment it's awesome thank you for everything
