Leaving this because the people complaining with the 1 star reviews is annoying. As a business owner I understand the impact of reviews. I read through some of the 1 star reviews and it’s almost laughable. These are people that went under contract without educating themselves beforehand. Get a real estate agent. You don’t pay for the agent until you go to sell your home. Real estate agents will walk you through the process and help you understand all the upfront costs and things to look for before buying. I just closed on a townhome here and the builders working together with my realtor and mortgage broker have made the process seamless. Edge does a great job and builds a great home. The interior choices and use of space in the townhomes is great. Don’t get pushed away from this developm

I had a bad experience at Harmony Ridge community! especially with the Edge Homes agent Maggie R, She never knew anything, and was wrong many times on minimal things and made countless amendments repeatedly despite me telling her it was wrong, or things that were promised to us were missing from the contract, Maggie still sent it for us to sign and whenever we pointed out that things were missing, she said sorry “we” (edge homes) were wrong or she missed mentioning something. Edge Homes ran promotions on their web page and social media and every time I wanted to know if I qualified for those discounts (the interest offered at 4.99 or 5.99% +3% concessions) she always told me, we did not qualify because it was a new community, just only on building already done, which we later found out t

Love EDGE HOMES. We work with them everyday. The construction managers are the best on the planet. And I've seen the company of bend over backwards for their customers. And out of everyone they're the most anal with their bathtubs

Had a great experience buying a townhome here. Our agent from Edge Homes, Parker, did a great job making us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We've been living here for a couple months and have had almost no issues, and the ones we've had have been resolved very quickly. We love it here!
