I first want to say that I never got to see my apartment upfront. I moved to Tulsa directly from Kentucky and did EVERYTHING online. The first time I called the property no one answered. I continued with my day and received a call not 5 minutes later from Mrs Katherine (Leasing Agent). Think Of a Sunflower Child and you have Mrs Katherine. She told me everything I needed to know about the community she was very professional and attentive to my needs. I let her know that I had severe anxiety and that I really needed someone who would make me feel comfortable with this transition. Katherine did just that. 2 days later I was approved for my apartment. Katherine ASSURED me of everything. She even sent photos of the apartment that I was going to be leasing from the outside! I have lived here since 2004. I have gone through alot of apartment managers and maintenance. I by far have to say Kathryn has been the best manager . She truly cares about this property. I lived at Harmony Glen for 2 1/2 years. I had a great experience. Katheryn, the property manager is great and maintenance always got to my requests within 24 hours. The only reason I moved is because of the yearly rent increase.

Absolute worst apartment management and corporate I have ever encountered. They will purposely try to screw you over and laugh about it in your face. Not a family friendly place, kids cant draw with chalk in the summer without getting in trouble, the park isn’t safe, the pools always closed down for some reason, maintenance has no idea what they are doing for simple fixes. If your car gets broken into she won’t answer you for days to try and help. Katherine will also make false calls to the police, honestly not sure what she was trying to do with that but we sat with the cops and laughed. I can go on and on. Promise this place isn’t worth your stress.
