Management at Hardy Oaks Place work hard to make things more efficient for its tenants. Alexis, specifically goes above and beyond to make sure work orders are completed in a timely matter, walks around the property to make sure it stays clean, aren’t any issues and/or upgrades that can be made to the property.

I have lived at Hardy Oaks Place for over 6 years and overall I have been very happy and have come to call it my home. The manager Sofia does a great job at staying on top of things and always tries to make sure the residents are taken care of and happy. The maintenance staff does a great job as well and always have a good attitude as they preform their work. A nice place to live!

I had a great experience here. The staff is what really sells this place. Not only are they super professional and friendly but they keep the location very updated. I especially had a great experience with Francine. She is super nice and helpful with all her suggestions. You can tell she loves her job and helping out the tenants.

If i could give 0 stars i would . Been here for over a year and its been bad . I use to live here with my sister in law and everything was perfect. Nice office management. No worrys . Maintenance was great . Now everything has changed . Managers been rude the only one that never gave us trouble was sonia she was here for 6 months she was very understanding. New manager yall have now (jennifer) shes rude always has an attitude. This is not a good job for her . Hardy oaks place deserves someone welcoming and that knows how to greet and whos understandable.

Worst complex ever! Manager in the office (Jessica) is rude as hell. They charge you for pest control yet the units are infested with roaches and raccoon sized rats. Stated they would reimburse and now they’re saying “we can’t” so what’s the point of charging tenants for pest control if nothing is going to be done? ( Have a video proof.) Asked the “manager” to provide corporate number and wanted to get all rude saying google it instead of providing. We have been here for a few months and have yet to keep there apartments maintained. Water leaks, pot holes in the parking lot, infestations, holes in the walls, bad paint jobs, bath tub was just painted over. All in all I would not “refer” anyone to live here. They are expect us to pay mandatory apartment insurance and for what? Everything is
