Worked with them for the past 10years, always responsive and on top of things. By far the best real estate management I’ve dealt with. They truly care about the well being and operation of there properties. Highly recommend.
Recently they took over management of my co-op from a much larger company. They promised more hands on service but all we've gotten so far is people who don't answer the phone, don't know what they're doing and give us the run around. They all seem to be too busy to deal with us.
