Hardee Street Apartments

At first I was loving it here. But unfortunately after I got injured on the job I’ve been needing care assistance. Since I’ve needed assistance I’ve ran into issues that I think are kind of ridiculous. 1. They can tow your car after 5pm. Visitors aren’t allowed to use parking after then. 2. They require you to get a guest pass. you only limited to 6 ( after that you can’t get any more & basically after 14 visits it’s like they live in your home) . These issues have came to me. And since i now have to figure out how to be cared for cause having visitors anywhere after 5pm they are at risk for being towed. ( noting that my aid get off their 9/5 @ 5!! ) I think they should have designated spots for the visitors and there shouldn’t be a limit to how many people or how long someone can come vi

Scheduled a tour a week ago. Have gotten multiple confirmation emails and reminders about said tour. When I get there someone opens the leasing office door and tells me they are closed today and shuts the door in my face. Why would you confirm and send reminders if that is that case? Wasted my time coming out here. Very unprofessional

ReNeé, the assistant community manager, was a staple part of my transition into the new apartments and was a key reason on why I chose these apartments. Her, as well as her boss, were very helpful and transparent from the beginning with the application/move-in process. This is a great place to stay if you are in the midst of transitions and appreciate intentional community living.

Working with Renee was an amazing experience, she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process, from the initial inquiry to signing the lease. She was very responsive to my questions, provided clear and concise information, and made the application process incredibly smooth. She also demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when I encountered a minor issue. I highly recommend Renee at Hardee Street Apartments to anyone looking for a new place to live.

I am relocating from Nee York to Durham. Not only was the tour scheduled, it was verified via e-mail. A 2bedroom was what they were told I wanted. Upon arrival, I was told there was no one to do tours. The person I had been speaking to for months did not come out and introduce herself. Once I was leaving, I was asked if I was sure I didn’t want to see the 2 bedroom. No one answers the phones and it took months to get my application to them do to a computer glitch on their end. Fortunately, Durham had so many beautiful complexes, I was able to see 5 others. The staff is always unavailable via phone and after my experience I would recommend no one to waste their time going to see this complex. There was no curb appeal. All of the other places I visited had staff who were knowledgea
