Harborwood West Apartments

Moved in over a month ago. Very happy with our choice. Landscaping is great. Richard is awesome in maintenance. Management is always willing and able to help. We were concerned about noise. No issue at all.

Update: I felt the need to refresh my review after reading the most recent negative rating on Google. I’ve lived here since the end of 2019 and I still have had no complaints. I’ve recommended about 4 people who have since moved in as well. The referral bonus is a nice perk :) Krystina and Chayla have always Been amazing along with Art and Richard the maintenance staff, they too have always addressed my needs for my home in a timely manner. Idk why “Jim Jamison” (clearly a fake Google account) felt the need to put so much effort into trying to tear down the manager. It’s Very obvious she hurt your ego in some way and is living rent free in your head. Fragile men these days. Tisk tisk! Anyways, if you decide to give Harborwood a go. I have had the pleasure of renting here for the past 4 years. They are always on top of everything and have even looked out for me as a single woman living alone. I have always felt safe here

We lived here for a little over three years. We chose this complex because it is one of the most competitively priced apartments in the region and it is in a very good neighborhood. If I ever had a need for maintenance or a concern they responded the same day, even replacing appliances when needed. They kept up on landscaping and garbage disposal, with extra runs if the dumpsters got too full. This is a family friendly complex and the best thing of all was our neighbors which we will miss dearly. The only feedback I have is replacing the windows with double panes which would level up the place substantially.
