My husband and I initially met Reilly McGregor 4 years ago while visiting Marco Island. We fell in love with Marco Island and decided to begin the process of looking for a vacation property. Reilly met with us immediately even though we just "popped in" Harborview Realty. He was very personable, detailed and patient with us, answering many questions we had about Marco Island and purchasing a condo/home. Reilly knows the Island very well since he was born and bred there. He is very responsive with texts/emails. He met with us and showed us multiple listings over the last year. Throughout the entire process of viewing several properties, Reilly was very trustworthy and always provided his honest opinion while providing a level of integrity we value more than anything else from a real estate

Really poor overall service. We had a bad experience with one of the condos that they manage (the dishwasher did not work and there were multiple roach sightings), and they did not respond when we used their text service. I believe specifically it's the portion of this business that handles the rental properties. After we had checked out they did apologize and provide excuses for why the condo could not be treated while we were in it and a reason for why the dishwasher couldn't be repaired until a part was ordered. That doesn't make sense considering they didn't even come look at the dishwasher. I do appreciate the apology, but there was no attempt at any consolation or repair

I had the pleasure with working with Reilly McGregor from Harborview Realty and Rental Agency with reference to renting a condo on the water in Marco Island. The rental was fabulous in all areas. We liked the area so much we decided to look at purchasing a home in the area, Reilly was so accommodating, knowledgeable and professional as well as a nice person. We ended buying a new home through his company in which we love. I highly recommend Harborview for any rental needs or home purchases. Robert D

We have stayed at the Apollo Condo before and was satisfied, so we decided to return. I picked the 1002 unit because of the view of the ocean. Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed in the unit. The blinds covering the sliding door to the balcony barely work. Most of the slats are broken and it is tough to open and close. The listing says there is seating for 4 at the table but there are only 3 chairs. The pull out bed from the couch is in bad shape. Most of the springs that hold it on to the frame are missing. You feel like it's going to give out and you will end up on the floor. Bad support, you can feel each spring in the thin mattress. The couch and chair is also badly stained. Gross! The linens are worse. They are old. No fitted sheet. They give you 2 pillows but only one pillow cas

Rented through Harborview after VRBO unit was sold. Very helpful, answered questions via emails and any calls I made. Key pick up and drop off was easy. Only complaint was a few things about condo itself not sure if that is on them or building complex.
