I recently moved here in December and I’ve had the greatest experience. Caleb is amazing. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He helped me thoroughly throughout my whole process from just coming to view a unit to getting me moved in within a week and even after anything I’ve needed he has handled. The neighborhood is surprisingly very nice and quiet. I have no complaints at all. Come see Caleb he’ll get the job done for you and is overly sweet and nice. This is the best friendliest neighborhood as far as leasing management I’ve stayed in. & they’re always in the office if you can’t get ahold of them on the phone.

If we could give Caleb more than five stars, we absolutely would. From the moment we walked in, he treated both of us with a level of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that is almost impossible to find these days. Caleb didn’t just show us an apartment, he created an experience that made us feel welcomed, understood, and truly valued. He listened to our needs as a couple, asked thoughtful questions, and guided us through every detail with patience and clarity. My experience here has been superb to say the least, phenomenal even in comparison to where I moved from. The staff here helped and guided me step by step from applying, lease signing to move in day. Caleb Justice one of the leasing agents made this whole ordeal second to none. He was prompt very professional and made good on everything he promised. I can’t speak for any other leasing agents but he definitely made a great impression on their behalf

I've been living here for almost 2 years. I dont have any complaints. They replaced my stove and fridge when they went out with no problem. There was a period when they were short staffed on maintenance but I was patient. Other then that any issues I've had maintenance wise have been rectified quckly. Its very quite here, which is surprising because we're across the street from a school. I really like Ms. Valerie and Caleb in the office. Both of them are very sweet, professional, and kind. Ricky the maintenance guy is TOP NOTCH! The girl they had in there before Kaleb was rude as hell and Im glad she's gone. Valerie, Caleb, Ricky, and the other 2 maintenance guys (dont know their names) are an asset to the apartment complex. Overall I like living here and would definitely recommend it 👌
